Australia Shipping - $10 (All orders are sent by Express Post.) 

International shipping - $15 (Average international shipping time is 7 - 10 business days.)

Items will be shipped to you within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday to Friday AEST or next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that international customer's purchases do not include any duty and/or customs tax by Australia or any other country. These taxes and charges are the responsibility of customer purchasing goods.

If your purchase has an incorrect delivery address or the item that you purchased is returned to Love Puffin as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it to you again. Please check address details before completing payment. In the event that you make a mistake with your address upon checkout email [email protected] immediately with the correct details and we will update if item has not already been shipped to you.

Please allow 24 hours to receive confirmation email. If you havent received email after 24 hours please contact us so we can re-send.
