Love Puffin SWIM does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.
All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Care is taken to inspect item before it gets sent to you but if item is found faulty, or you are sent the incorrect size/colour, please email email@example.com with the details straight away and attach a photo of the fault so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.
No refunds, however we exchange if required AT YOUR EXPENSE. Return shipping will incur a $10.00 shipping cost that must be payed before your exchange item can be sent.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org with exchange details prior to sending the item back. Items will not be accepted unless you have emailed email@example.com first and received written acceptance of exchange.
-Merchandise must have all original swing tags attached.
-Merchandise must not be altered, damaged or washed.
-For health purposes, hygienic liners in swimwear MUST be still intact.
We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
Once the item has left the Love Puffin warehouse, it is then the property of Australia Post. Love Puffin will assist wherever possible to track Australia Post parcel and help with delivery if item does not arrive to your address within 7 business days.
If you suspect there has accidently been a duplicate order please email Love Puffin immediately with the details so we can investigate this for you and return any funds charged in error.
